Whether you are planning a small treat retreat or the exclusive hire of our site, Elmley’s wild marshes and meadows provide both privacy and endless skies in abundance.

Here, sustainability meets understated luxury, with a variety of accommodation combinations to choose from, nestled in the soul stirring landscape, and all with incredible views. Our award-winning cabins and Farmhouse sleep up to 24 in single occupancy, while larger groups can wake up to nature at the Bell Tent Village during Summer months.

We’re on hand to not only ensure your retreat goes smoothly, but also to talk about Elmley’s unique setting and story and our decades-long conservation journey, a pioneering project of nature recovery and carbon capture, where wildlife is flourishing.

MORNING

Mornings might start with a light optional exercise class before an elegant breakfast buffet taken in the Farmhouse.

Daytime strategy sessions can make the most of our beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, including our large historic barn, our smaller, more intimate cottage venues and the characterful Linhay barn - perfect for informal breakout sessions and games.

Make the most of the reserve’s scenery and Kent’s delectable local produce with a picnic lunch.

AFTERNOON

Afternoons offer the opportunity to get creative with artistic workshops such as watercolour painting or pottery with one of our partners, encourage relaxation with our in-house wellness experiences or allow us to arrange something altogether more lively, such as sports day style activities.

Explore the reserve and discover some of our rare and native wildlife by incorporating one of our Nature Safaris, whether it’s 4x4 Land Rover Safaris or group walking tours.

EVENING

Finish with a special sit-down meal, starting with cocktails, celebrating innovative cooking and the exciting bounty of produce provided by the marshes and our county of Kent. Safe in the knowledge you can relax and congregate late into the evening, knowing you have the space or even the whole reserve to yourselves (other than our resident wildlife).
